Everybody has had a time when they've felt something they can't explain. You struggle to find the words but, when you do, you find yourself unable to say them. I experience this a lot myself and often turn to writing as a way to vent. This book contains poems that have allowed me to get a lot of ideas and feelings off my chest - the words I have used convey sentiments I've never been able to say - hence the title 'Catharsis'.
