This books is filled with love, passion, jealousy, betrayal, hate, forgiveness, compassion, beauty, loyalty, family, friends, children, and worldly views. If you've ever felt the sting of first love, drama, rejection, been cheated on, or cheated with, this book is for you. If you've ever felt the pain of death, loss, loneliness, miscarriage or heartache, this book is for you. If you've ever known what it was like to love something or someone with all of your heart, have had children, have loved your fur babies, this book is for you. If you've ever forgiven someone, found God, found peace, let someone or something go to better your life, this book is for you. Don't take for granted the beauty of the written word, it has the power to heal you from within. For me, writing has always been cathartic. Poetry healed me when my mother died. Poetry healed me when my love stopped being love. Poetry healed me through the drama and heartache that was high school. Poetry healed me through death. Poetry healed me when the towers fell. Poetry healed me when my family fell apart. Poetry healed me when I miscarried. Poetry healed me with the loss of loved ones. Poetry healed me with the birth of my children. Poetry has been there through every part of my journey, and will continue to help me heal through all of my days. It is my hope that my poetry will do the same for you. That you will find some peace in my words or find solace in knowing you are not alone in your journey, that others have felt what you are feeling. For whatever pain or happiness you might be going through, I hope my poetry can help you.
