Most of my life I struggled mentally, I was told I had, 'low moods, depression, and anxiety'.Here, I was at 42 finally discovering that I am Autistic and suddenly my whole life and existence was starting to make sense.If I can help just one person understand themselves better and make someone's life more bearable, then I have achieved my goal by writing this book.Hopefully, my honesty throughout the book will open your eyes, giving you the reader an insight into my life as a late diagnosed autistic adult.I'm no expert author or writer, just some middle-aged Yorkshire woman trying to make a difference in the world, hoping that I can spread awareness about ASD.This book isn't just any ordinary book, it's perfectly imperfect, just like me.
