For he is an eminent heart transplant surgeon!Their relationship was never about love, but rather an unwritten contractual agreement whereby she would bear him a son. When they met, she was heavy with child, the father being an innocent boy who was killed in a robbery. Unfortunately, upon giving birth to her own son, she was unable too conceive again, him feeling duped and disillusioned. She is able to overcome all of her doubts, however, sealing his fate and her own when she discovers him fondling her four year-old son, Ramon.He strikes her one last time, then she murders him execution style, one organ at a time! Ramon is accidentally killed in the fracas, but the world is clamoring for her blood, believing she had murdered her child as well. This initiates a relentless pursuit which continues over a twenty-five year period, extending even after her death.Had it not been for the maniacal tenacity of a paranoid-schizophrenic Homicide Detective named Arnott, she could have quietly lived out her life as an exile among animals.
