In an attempt to stop a massacre, Jason soon becomes involved in a three-sided war that pits him against deadly Apache warriors, ruthless Army renegade mercenaries, and the Buffalo Soldiers. See how Army life really was for the Ninth Cavalry's Black soldiers on the New Mexico frontier during one of the hottest summers on record.
