Despite an evil government and anti-Christian army that confiscates Bibles, shuts down churches, and imprisons and executes Christians, Alyssa spreads the hope, joy, and love of Jesus and starts a reformation. The Sayer's fictionalized and symbolic story of end times will provide encouragement to lean on Jesus for courage and to take heart in the biblical truth that He will not leave or forsake His children, even when it appears He has turned His back. Though it can look like Satan is winning the battle, the Bible promises that God will win the war.
