When the script for the Starfield sequel leaks, with all signs pointing to Jess, she and Imogen must trade places to find the person responsible. Ashley Poston es autora de medio tiempo y fan de tiempo completo. Tiene una licenciatura en Literatura por la Universidad de Carolina del Sur. En su época de estudiante jugaba videojuegos y escribía fanfiction todo el tiempo.Cuando terminó la universidad se mudó a Nueva York, donde trabajó en Kodansha Cómics y en la editorial Bloombsury. Al poco tiempo regresó a Carolina del Sur, lugar en el que las estrellas se ven mucho mejor. Ahí logró escribir algunos libros, como Geekerella, The Princess and the Fangirl, Heart of Iron y Soul of Stars. Estos han sido mencionados en revistas como Teen Vogue, Seventeen, Entertainment Weekly, Hypable y BuzzFeed. Geekerella fue finalista del premio Goodreads Choice 2017.Cuando no está escribiendo, está jugando Dungeons and Dragons e inventando nuevas fanfictions. Vive con su gato gruñón.
