The Poison of Porn is written to combat pornography's aggressive appeal to the sensual appetite of the flesh by helping young men know how to navigate safely away from it. Firm boundaries (self-imposed) enveloped this writing. (1. It would expose pornography's cause, curse, and cure without detailing its raunchiness through the inclusion of "examples" depicting its vile and distasteful material. A diligent effort was made to make the book nothing more than "PG" in content (hopefully lower but certainly not higher). (2. It would be "readable" by the young (Big words were laid aside for the simpler or defined when used). (3. It would be "understandable" to the young. An effort was made to keep the "cookie jar on the lowest shelf".
