As the first African to hold the position of Diocesan Bishop in the Diocese of Central Tanganyika he faced great challenges, some of which are mentioned in this book, including the secret of his success.As a Diocesan Bishop, he was always there for everyone, he was an evangelist, pastor, family man, member of the public, a community elder and a friend. In his life and ministry, he had a sense of urgency to reach out to the unreached.
