The main purpose of this book is to start a heartful dialogue between adults and children about life and feelings in the family. The text is clear and loving so children and adults are able to talk about these issues together. Talk about the pictures, be open, share your own thoughts and pay attention to what grabs the children's attention. Listen - and continue the conversation.Do not put this book up on the bookshelf. Keep it out and accessible, so children can flip through it and read for themselves. You can also read it together, research the topic, and talk about the pictures.
