This autobiography chronicles Coach Goldsmith's fascinating journey from segregated Florida in the 50's and 60's to becoming Albuquerque New Mexico's first African American Head Football coach in the 70's and eventually returning to Florida and coaching one of the most storied programs in US High School Football to it's first ever 6A State Championship and eventually a nomination as Finalist for the NFL's High School Coach of the Year in the 90's. This is a story well worth your reading time.
