Osamu Tezuka (Tokio, 1928 - 1989) fue un dibujante, animador y médico japonés, considerado el "Dios del Manga" y una de las figuras más influyentes en la historia del cómic y la animación. Con un estilo narrativo innovador y una sensibilidad humanista, transformó el manga en una forma de arte compleja y respetada. Creador de personajes emblemáticos como Astro Boy (Tetsuwan Atom) y Black Jack, Tezuka combinó ciencia ficción, ética, medicina y filosofía en historias que marcaron generaciones. Su legado sigue vivo en la estética y profundidad del manga y el anime actuales.
