With a complete view of the Uncivilized Lands, any new character created there will have a chance to create and customize their own vehicle. All of what you have just read is being controlled by a few power hungry people called Power Barons, rich and powerful men, who are uncivilized beyond belief. Think of this RPG as Road Warrior meets a Fantasy World, then intermingle the two, then you have MUCS(TM).
