Romina Garber (Buenos Aires, 1984) es una autora argentina-estadounidense reconocida internacionalmente por su capacidad para fusionar fantasía, ciencia ficción y mitología con temas de identidad, inmigración y empoderamiento femenino. Emigró a Estados Unidos a los cinco años y creció en Miami, donde inició su carrera literaria como columnista adolescente en el Miami Herald con la columna dominical “College She Wrote”. Graduada en Harvard, Garber alcanzó notoriedad bajo el seudónimo Romina Russell con la saga Zodíaco, compuesta por Zodíaco, Estrella errante, Luna negra y Ofiucus asciende, una serie de ciencia ficción ambientada en un universo regido por signos astrológicos.

Posteriormente, con su nombre real, publicó la serie Wolves of No World, que incluye Lobizona y Cazadora, donde combina el folclore argentino con la fantasía urbana y aborda temas de inmigración y pertenencia. En 2024 lanzó Castle of the Cursed, una novela gótica ambientada en España que explora el duelo, los secretos familiares y el romance oscuro. Sus obras han sido traducidas a varios idiomas y han recibido elogios por su originalidad y profundidad temática.
