He is the founder of TriExForces, a team of former highly valued military leaders who are deployed to develop teams and impact organisations. He is also the host of the L.O.S cast at Southampton Business School, University of Southampton where he talks on change, strategy and leadership in a world of continuous disruption & dislocation. Samuel is a multi award winning member of the British Armed Forces. He now serves as a reservist having had roles on the front line and in logistics, liaison & communications. He is the head of programme at TriAtis Leadership in Mauritius supporting business leaders in the Sub Saharan Africa to accelerate their leadership development.
