Dr. Vance has published several articles such as "Employee Turnover, a Management Perspective" in various business journals. His doctoral degree in business and his vast management experience helps him teach business issues that plague organizations in a way that students can relate to. He combines theory with practical applications in real-world settings. His passion for teaching allows him to mentor many students who want to be entrepreneurs or managers.
