Alex Landragin es un escritor franco-armenio-australiano. Nació en Francia en una familia de productores de champán, pero se mudó a Australia cuando era un niño. Después de obtener una maestría en Escritura Creativa, se convirtió en autor de guías de viajes para Lonely Planet antes de comenzar a trabajar a tiempo completo como redactor publicitario. Vivió en Washington, París, Nueva Orleans, Los Ángeles, Alice Springs y Marsella, antes de establecerse finalmente en Melbourne. Ocasionalmente es pianista de jazz. Cruces es su primera novela.
