This book aims to expose a successful treatment applied to a case of binge eating disorder, the methodology used comes mainly from behavioral psychology and cognitive-behavioral psychology, however, was also used as an intervention technique ACT therapy acceptance and commitment, all these served to reduce the behavior of eating through binge eating. All the content is scientific and objective, the ethical principles of psychological behavior are safeguarded as well as the pertinent handling of the techniques used.
