$ 107.117Pollinators, and particularly honeybees, occupy a central role in both natural and agricultural ecosystems. As keystone species, they are indispensable to plant reproduction, biodiversity maintenance, and global food security. Recently, environmental stressors, pathogen dynamics, pesticide exposure, habitat degradation, and climate change have been recognized as interacting, often in synergistic ways, thus shaping pollinator resilience and survival. A comprehensive understanding of these relationships is essential for designing effective conservation strategies and ensuring long-term ecological stability. This Special Issue of Insects, entitled 'Advances in the Health, Behavior, and Physiology of Honeybees and Other Pollinators', brings together cutting-edge contributions that address these urgent challenges. The contributions assembled in this issue explore a wide range of themes, including the following: The impacts of pesticides and pathogens on pollinators' health; Physiological and behavioral responses to environmental stressors; The effects of climate change on pollinator populations; Habitat requirements and landscape-level influences; Genetic diversity and adaptive capacity; Current and innovative management practices; Bee welfare and conservation strategies. Through original research articles, comprehensive reviews, and case studies, this Special Issue aims to deepen our understanding of pollinator biology and to support evidence-based approaches to their protection.
