However, organizations sometimes fail to achieve organizational innovativeness due to their limited understanding of the relationships between leadership, and empowering knowledge-based interaction that will enhance organizational innovativeness. This study is constructed to fill a research gap between Digital Transformational Leadership Styles and Organizational Innovativeness with the Empowering Knowledge-Based Interaction as a mediator. The result is that organizations should consider the Empowering Knowledge-Based Interaction to increase Organizational Innovativeness.
