Warman is about a battle during the 1972 "Easter Offensive" in the Vietnam War. It takes you to where a sole American advisor working with an elite paratrooper battalion does battle with a North Vietnamese regiment. Of the 471 paratroopers commencing the fight, only 37 escaped after two weeks of ferocious fighting. The battle delayed the enemy offensive long enough to turn the tide and finally to inflict upwards of 100,000 casualties on the attacking North Vietnamese Army.
