Pain is the most frustrating condition a physiotherapist encounters. This is the first yearbook of the Physiotherapy Pain Association for Chartered Physiotherapists. In particular, it shows how the language that clinicians use may assist patients to develop positive attitudes that foster coping mechanisms.
