The sauce sriracha is named after the city of Sri Racha, in the Eastern part of the country of Thailand. Apparently, an elderly lady started making the sauce at home after getting the idea from a co-worker and try to perfect it., Then, she started making it in large quantities and selling it to others. The texture and spiciness might have been modified over the year to finally be the Sriracha sauce you know today. Now, let's start with preparing and tasting some wonderful sriracha sauce, shall we?
