From July 1944 to January 1946, Alphaeus Hunton wrote regularly for the Communist Party, USA's newspaper, the Daily Worker. Collected here for the first time are Hunton's Daily Worker columns. They provide a glimpse into Hunton's Marxist worldview and are important resources for scholars and general readers interested in the evolution of 20th century resistance to Jim Crow and colonial subjugation.
