Reseña del libro "The Adventures of Aimee, Sophie and Sam: And Their Journeys Through Life (en Inglés)"
This is how I wrote it.....a dream, a fantasy or pure make believe on how it might have been for our cats living in another space or time. For the most part, this book is fiction, but there are parts where the situation happened in real time and I'm sure the reader can tell the difference as we move along. Aimee, Sophie and Sam have been an important part of our lives --- to wit, they are here when we come home, they are companions for fun and frolic and we have seen them grow and mature right in front of us. Sam is the talker; constantly chatting when he wants a delicacy by sitting and vocalizing near the cupboard for treats. He is also not ashamed to raise his voice in the morning when he has to go outside for his morning business. Sophie was the shy one at the onset of coming to our house, in all probability we surmise by her feral birthright in Maine. It has been a gift to watch her mature in our home to the point where she loves to be hugged and sit on my lap while the television is on. At this point in her life, Sophie is getting a little stiff in her hindquarters, but thanks to some mild meds, she is still frisky as ever chasing her catnip laced toys around the great room. Finally, Aimee is akin to a clown. Always talking, running and wanting to go out with me for a walk around the property, she never misses a chance to torment a stray chipmunk or mole on her rounds. So there you have it. In short, this book was written in the way I envision cats would be if they had the power to act out their lives on their own terms. See if you agree.
