The book "Li De Dao Taji" collects and sorts out the Taichi concepts elaborated by the famous Taichi master Mr. Xie Lide in the past three years when he gave lectures in various parts of China and the United States. It discloses his real experience and experience of more than 50 years of practicing boxing, and builds a ladder for Taichi lovers to step into the inner Taiji Kung Fu step by step. Deliberately avoiding mystifying Taiji, he uses the mechanics principle that most people can understand, the common sense of human physiology structure to analyze and interpret the real principle of Taijiquan fighting and health preservation, saying what the predecessors did not say. Mr. Xie Lide is the official inheritor of master Lu Guozhu, the "Chinese Man" of Wudang's domestic kung fu. In his early years, he learned from Master Chen Qingzhou, the "Taichi Yin Xia", to systematically learn Chen's style of Taijiquan. He also practiced Xinxin Liuhe Boxing with Mr. Tie Guochen, a martial arts master of the Republic of China.
