One Love, One Church expounds on the truth of Jesus seeing every person, regardless of gender, race or ethnicity, as being a disciple for God. Imploring a female outlook towards finding the reasons for the current decline of churches, the author demonstrates that churches need to open their minds and hearts to leadership from God's chosen vessel and that all followers of God are truly one love and one church. One Love, One Church is a Shepherd's life work; working to eradicate the injustices that perplex the Christian Church, while being a voice for silent pastors and pulpit leaders who are too bruised to speak. This book addresses the church's lack of care, competence and awareness of cultural diversity and how the church might shift into a path of embracing a Creation Christ-Centered Christology which will not hinder minority ministers or those who desire to see the Kingdom of God represented in ministry through diversity. The metaphor, One Love, illustrates accepting the simple tenet that only love can bridge a gap and that a central Love of Jesus Christ for all nations and all people will tear down the Religious Barriers created in the name of Christ. One Love, One Church, illustrates the limitations of multiple levels of oppression due to gender, race, ethnicity, and other social constructs combined with traditional oppressive theologies. One Love, One Church extends toward making cross racial ministry healthier, while changing the notion that cross racial ministry assignment is considered a method of modern day lynching or a cultural genocide through the exclusion of minority clergy from some denominations. This book promotes action for the global church to inspire and encourage clergy. Jesus can ignite a new spiritual hunger in established members and ministries, creating a love for those outside of themselves, for all people.
