Alexandra Bracken (Phoenix, 1987) es una escritora estadounidense especializada en literatura juvenil de fantasía y ciencia ficción. Estudió Historia e Inglés en el College of William & Mary y trabajó en la industria editorial antes de dedicarse por completo a la escritura. Su primera novela, Brightly Woven (2010), fue reconocida por Publishers Weekly y quedó finalista en los Goodreads Choice Awards como Mejor Debut.

Su obra más conocida es la saga Mentes Poderosas, que incluye Mentes Poderosas (2012). Además, ha escrito adaptaciones como Star Wars: Una Nueva Esperanza – La Princesa, el Sinvergüenza y el Granjero (2015).
