He conducted workshops and individual counseling sessions for such firms as General Electric, Gulf Oil, Arkansas Power and Light, AT&T, Sovern Bank, Holly Carburators, Virginia Power and Light, as well as Chevron. Mr. Dean has over 35 years experience in helping develop people and career search. He has conducted workshops and seminars throughout the United States and Europe. In addition to career management, his background includes senior human resources positions for such firms as Occidental Petroleum, ARCO, M&T Bank, Virginia Chemicals and Nixon Uniform Services.
