Family & Human Systems Constellation: In the Company of Good People: part inspiration, part instruction, encourages mindful reflection on a variety of topics which relate to Family & Human Systems Constellation and the human condition in general.Family & Human Systems Constellation illuminates systemic factors which are at play in difficulties in a host of arenas: family, organizational, community, environmental, and legal systems; this revolutionary method includes the 'knowing' present in all wisdom traditions: everything is connected. Those who first nurtured the growth of the work in the world were equipped with the seeds and the energy to plant the introduction of family constellation, and subsequently many other applications, throughout the world. In short essays Francesca Mason Boring brings to the table several challenges that have been present for facilitators of family & systems constellation. The presence of her own family influences and cultural perspectives, the integration of grounded optimism, personal experiences, and the participation of students and workshop participants in contributing to the expansion of the Mason-Boring's application and understanding of the work are acknowledged and honored by the author.Provocative issues are brought to this text: the use of constellation work to support those who are being faced with organ/tissue implantation, the metaphorical castration of male clients by those who have been injured by gender inequity and other issues, the presence of foreknowing and dreams in systemic constellation. This is not a final resource that answers every question but hopefully an accompaniment to encourage inquiry and musings that may lead the reader to explore their own questions without judgment. Family & Systems Constellation: In the Company of Good People is a testament to the humble reality: no one works or grows in isolation. Fortunately, with the continued commitment to explore with others, some of these perspectives will remain in flux and new understanding will emerge. In the meantime, this text may serve to reinforce those willing to quietly integrate the panorama and acknowledge all who have been a part of their own journey.
