But sometimes, soulmates go bad. It comes down to simple biology. Cells don't always divide or replicate perfectly. Most mutations result in death, and as your parents probably told you, bad things happen. There can be flaws. Deadly flaws. Can dark soulmates overcome them to salvage the kind of life, or lives, they so desperately crave?
