The author speculates that Titus did write, at least on one occasion; but just to keep readers on their toes, there is an unexpected twist in that premise. Did Titus write to Paul before he received Paul's letter, or did he write after receiving it?Consider the possibility that Titus, was somehow a time traveller from the future ... who just so happens to put in an appearance in the first century AD. Surely he would perceive the situation on the island of Crete from a very different worldview.
