this is a collection of key papers on wisp and related topics. examining a program called the wisp challenge, where wisps has been given away to academic applicants who proposed interesting wisp-based projects. it includes research results from the wisp challenge program. it also uses papers presented from the workshops from sensys 2009 held in berkeley, ca. the workshop, entitled wirelessly powered sensor networks and computational rfid, includes work from the wisp challenge, and other relevant works as well.
