Reseña del libro

A child is walking in the woods with her father and brother and spots a row of white bluebells. In the distance, at the end of the row of white bluebells, is a dwarf, all three can see him and know he is talking, but only Suzi (the daughter) can understand him. In the true fashion of a fairy story, the row is not straight but wanders about all over the place; Suzi tries to leave the row and take the obvious shortcut, but they start to turn back into ordinary bluebells and the dwarf gets very agitated and starts to shout in an annoyed 'dwarfish' language. He gets agitated because he had turned the bluebells white in order to get Suzi to see them and come to his world, The Kingdom.
