Reseña del libro

In 1970, Dr. Williams took the initiative to organize the nation's first major surgical mini-residency. Surgeons from five different states participated in this program, where they gained expertise in advanced surgical procedures for correcting jaw deformities. As a result of its success, several oral surgery training programs quickly followed suit and established their own mini residencies for jaw deformity correction, catering to practicing surgeons.Fast forward to 2003, the American College of Ob/Gyn expressed their regret at not having similar mini-residency programs for their own surgeons.Dr. Williams has had a remarkable and diverse career. He served as a retired USAF major and senior navigator and is also a licensed private pilot. Additionally, he holds board certifications as an oral & maxillofacial surgeon and anesthesiologist. Furthermore, he has been recognized as an expert witness in surgical malpractice cases and is an accomplished author. Currently residing in Greenville, SC, he is eager to share his knowledge and experiences by seeking opportunities to speak to live audiences.
