Taking advantage of being Japanese and my Japanese contacts in Japan, I have been researching about how tea is consumed in the modern era in Japan. In this book, I intend to uncover the latest trend of how people are consuming Japanese Green Tea in the 21st century with most trendy recipes using green tea. Kei Nishida is back with his latest book on the subject of Green Tea, Green Tea Cha, How Japan and the world Enjoys Green Tea in the 21st Century.
