Reseña del libro

Zane and Zeek Hoffmann are young boys forced to attend in a mind-controlling, life-threatening, grisly game invented by the head of their country. The governor of the awe-inspiring and prodigious yet somehow untraveled and unrecognized country has a theory that young boys are to be trained and disciplined order to evolve into his ideal of a man. The governor destroys not only Hoffmann's but all boys’ childhood. For the first time over ten years, someone has outsmarted the head of the country and wins his wicked game. This causes the Hoffmann boys to be on the run for their life. In America, the boys try to adopt a normal life, but the past doesn’t fully permit the idea, and again they’re being forced to fight for freedom and prove their reason to live.
